Ethical management policy

  1. Employees shall practice ethical management in job performance based on high ethical beliefs and law-abiding spirit.
  2. Employees shall not use company’s assets and intelligence assets for personal use, and prioritize in company’s benefit when performing duties with conflict between personal and company’s interests.
  3. Employees shall not accept money and valuables, entertainment, and personal convenience from the interested parties.
  4. Employees shall comply with relevant laws in all commercial transactions based on law-abiding spirit.
  5. Company shall respect the natural rights of individual employee, and treat each employee as an independent, dignified human being.
